Information on how Primary School Alumni Association (RIVA) gives back to Rivervale Primary School.
Rivervale Primary School Alumni Association (RIVA) was established in 2012 with the main objective of giving back to the alma-mater. RIVA contributes regularly to the following programmes.
Inspiring Riverlites
Educational Career Guidance:
● RIVA shares their experiences in their secondary schools and preparation for DSA to equip graduating Riverlites to prepare for life after primary school.
Journeying with the School
School Camps:
● RIVA provides support for various school Camps such as Student Leadership Camp and P5 Outdoor Camps by facilitating the various activities and ensuring the safety of Riverlites.
Strengthening family ties
Dads for Life:
● RIVA provides support in facilitating the activities for the programme which aims to inspire and involve fathers to become good influences for their children.
Teacher’s Day:
● RIVA organises and facilitates the visitation of ex-Riverlites to meet with their teachers on this special day and to show their appreciation to them.
